How do I get started?

New clients can begin by calling KBBH at 541.883.1030 or visiting the main walk-in location at 2210 N. Eldorado Avenue. Same Day Services are available on a first-come, first-served basis for people who need to begin or re-establish care.

What ages does KBBH serve?

What if I need help right away?

KBBH provides mental health crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call 541.883.1030  to speak with a crisis counselor. If you are not safe or need immediate medical assistance, call 911.

What insurance does KBBH accept? What if I can’t afford care?

KBBH accepts Oregon Health Plan, a variety of private insurance plans, and self-pay. Financial assistance and a discounted/sliding fee schedule are available based on family size and income. No one is denied access to services because of an inability to pay.

Can I receive services by telehealth?

Some KBBH services are available through telehealth, including psychiatric and medication management appointments. Availability may depend on the service you need, so contact KBBH to determine which options are available to you.

Does KBBH offer services in languages other than English?

KBBH provides behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, with programs designed to support people across different ages and stages of life.

When you begin services, our team will talk with you about your current needs, insurance or financial assistance options, and what kind of support may be most helpful. You’ll complete a brief intake and meet with a provider to discuss treatment options personalized to you. Your privacy and dignity will be respected throughout the process.

No question is too small, and no concern is too big. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll help you find your way.
