The Behavioral Health Academy is KBBH’s commitment to helping employees turn their goals into a long-term career. Whether you’re continuing your education, pursuing a clinical credential, or exploring where you want to grow next, the Academy brings together education assistance, career pathways, and professional development opportunities to help you move forward.
Career Pathways
Explore opportunities to grow across behavioral health, nursing, clinical leadership, finance and accounting, human resources, IT, business analytics, quality improvement, and EHR systems.
Tuition Reimbursement
Eligible full-time employees may receive up to $5,250 per calendar year toward approved college coursework, required educational expenses, and professional certifications related to current or future opportunities at KBBH.
Employee Scholarships
Eligible employees pursuing qualifying degrees at Klamath Community College or Oregon Tech may apply for annual scholarship opportunities of up to $5,000 for an AA/AAS, $10,000 for a bachelor’s degree, or $20,000 for a master’s degree.
Education Discounts
KBBH employees may also have access to tuition discounts through select educational partners, including Oregon Tech and Capella University.
Student Loan Support
Depending on eligibility, employees may qualify for outside loan repayment or forgiveness programs, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness and programs for healthcare professionals serving rural or underserved communities.

Bachelor’s-level QMHA and master’s-level QMHP clinical internships offer paid opportunities to gain hands-on experience while working toward your degree.
