Stronger Together

Community Partnerships

KBBH works alongside schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, public agencies, and other local partners to help people access coordinated, connected behavioral health support across the Klamath Basin.

Partnership Is Part of How We Care

Behavioral health needs rarely exist in isolation. That’s why collaboration is woven throughout KBBH’s work, from coordinating care and referrals to providing services in schools, partner agencies, and community settings. By working together, we can reduce barriers, connect people to the right resources, and create a more seamless experience for individuals and families.

Ways We Partner

Our partnerships take many forms across the community.

Coordinated Care & Referrals

We work with local organizations and providers to help connect people with additional services and resources when needs extend beyond what one organization can provide.

Schools & Youth Services

KBBH partners with local school districts and educational organizations to bring mental health services directly into places where young people learn and grow.

Healthcare & Community Providers

We collaborate with hospitals, healthcare providers, housing programs, and other community organizations to support coordinated, whole-person care.

Public & Community Agencies

Many KBBH services are delivered in partnership with agencies such as DHS, justice-system partners, and other local and state organizations.

Prevention & Community Initiatives

Partnerships also help expand education, suicide prevention, substance use prevention, and other community-wide efforts throughout the Basin.

We’d love to start a conversation.
