KBBH accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP), a range of private insurance plans, and self-pay. If you’re unsure about your coverage or what your care may cost, our Care Navigators can help answer questions and walk you through the options available to you.

No one is turned away from KBBH because of an inability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income to help make behavioral health care more affordable.
If you think you may qualify for assistance, complete the Financial Assistance Application below. Our team can also help answer questions about the application or your payment options.
If you don’t have insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate showing the expected cost of non-emergency services before you receive care. KBBH is committed to helping you understand anticipated costs from the start.
Call 541.883.1030 to request a Good Faith Estimate. If your appointment is scheduled at least three days in advance, KBBH will provide your estimate within one business day.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. Keep a copy or photo of your estimate for your records.
