We provide personalized, evidence-based care designed to support your goals, build resilience, and help you move forward.
Services Include
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or another mental health concern, our outpatient team is here to help.
We provide personalized, evidence-based care through comprehensive mental health evaluations, individual counseling, therapeutic groups, and coordinated treatment planning. As a trauma-informed organization, we work alongside you to create a care plan based on your unique needs, goals, and experiences.
Our therapists are trained in a variety of proven treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), family therapy, art therapy, yoga, HeartMath neurofeedback, and more. We also offer therapeutic groups focused on topics like anxiety, trauma recovery, anger management, mindfulness, parenting, healthy relationships, and life skills.
Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our Care Navigators work alongside you and your treatment team to help coordinate services, reduce barriers to care, and connect you with the resources you need.
Whether you need help accessing mental health services, housing resources, benefits, healthcare, or community programs, Care Navigators are here to guide you every step of the way. They also provide individualized and group skills training in areas like communication, budgeting, nutrition, medication education, hygiene, home care, and navigating community resources.
Services are available in person, by phone, or through telehealth, making it easier to get support in the way that works best for you.
Growing older brings new experiences, opportunities, and sometimes new challenges. The Older Adult Behavioral Health Initiative (OABHI) supports older adults experiencing loneliness, grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns.
Our team brings services into the community, including the Klamath Senior Center, making support easier to access. We offer mental health screenings, individual counseling, referrals, and assistance navigating life changes while helping older adults stay connected, engaged, and independent.
In addition to one-on-one support, we provide groups and activities that encourage social connection, build community, and promote emotional well-being because no one should have to face life’s challenges alone.
Sometimes the best support comes from someone who truly understands. Our Peer Support Specialists have lived experience with mental health challenges, substance use recovery, or both, combined with specialized training and certification through the Oregon Health Authority.
As members of your treatment team, Peer Support Specialists provide encouragement, practical guidance, and hope through both individual and group support. They help people build recovery plans, develop everyday skills, navigate services, and celebrate progress along the way.
Peer support is built on connection, understanding, and the belief that recovery is possible. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or continuing long-term recovery, our peers are here to walk beside you.
